My name is Toni Lockhart and I am happy to introduce my company, Wonder Nannies, to you.

I decided to create Wonder Nannies in 2007 after moving to South Florida.  My own experience in trying to find a nanny in Miami was so frustrating that I knew a quality agency was needed in our area. I knew that if I opened a placement agency that was honest, reliable, and fairly priced that it would succeed.  We opened in 2008 in Aventura and have since placed hundreds of great nannies and housekeepers in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. 

Our approach is very straight forward.  We value and respect our clients and the candidates we place.  Our purpose is find the right match for each family and each nanny.  We take what could be a long, stressful process and make it easy and simple for you.  Every situation is unique and we take everything into consideration whether for a long-term nanny placement or a last-minute babysitting job. 

All of our nanny and housekeeper candidates have at least 3 years of applicable work experience, are legal to work in the United States, speak English, have excellent references, and exemplary backgrounds.  We work hard to find the perfect match for every family and welcome special requests.   We have newborn specialists, nannies, housekeepers, babysitters, personal assistants, mother’s helpers, and even doulas.  Once you register with us, you can start interviewing right away as we always have quality candidates available.
