Guarantee
Wonder Nannies provides a 6 month guarantee to all customers who enter into employee contracts of 6 months or greater. The guarantee period begins upon the employee hire date. In the event that the employee quits or the employee is terminated by the client prior to the first 6 months of employment, then client will provide written notice to Wonder Nannies describing the separation reason and the date within 2 business days of separation. Upon receipt of the notice of separation, Wonder Nannies will use its best efforts to find a Caregiver replacement acceptable to the Client. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Application Fee is not refundable. In addition, the Guarantee shall be null and void if:
• The client has defaulted on any of the terms set forth in the Agency Agreement or the employment contract with the Caregiver, or
• The client altered the responsibilities of the Caregiver that were set forth in the Parent Requirements Form, or
• The Caregiver resigns due to illegal activity, substance abuse, verbal abuse or immorality within the client's household.
