Per the above, after we receive your request and daily referral fee, we will schedule interviews with suitable candidates. If you prefer to save time, we can choose the candidate for you. As we value and respect your time:

Prior to introducing you to a CPR/First Aid trained Temporary Wonder Nanny, we will have screened her/him thoroughly. Our diligence requires that we:

1. Review her/his application for suitable background and experience.
2. Contact the reference sources to verify that she/he did a good job and to learn why she/he left.
3. Conduct a personal interview to make sure that we understand the candidate's sincerity, capabilities and desires.
4. Perform a background check to ensure that there is no behavior on record that could be disruptive or dangerous to your family.
